Landlord gas safety

It is the responsibility of Landlords to take care of their properties and maintain them in line with current law on behalf of tenants. 

As a landlord you will have to ensure that there is the proper certification in place to cover any gas boilers in the property for the duration of your clients term. A copy of the certificate will be required by your estate agent to hold on file.
